Sisterly Fun!

To get ready for Christmas there should be Christmas cookies and goodies. I needed some help so I picked up my favorite sister Jaime (my only sister) after school on Friday to help me bake. We had high hopes of starting baking on Friday night, but after we started watching The Polar Express, Jaime was the first to fall asleep and I was next. She must be getting old!

This picture is staged. Nate thought it would be cute if we put flour on our faces. Did you actually think I would let my sister throw flour around in my kitchen?

Before starting our fun baking experience we had to take a trip to Target. Jaime and I spotted some cute Christmas slippers and thought we just needed them to make our day comfy and fun. All of our baking made us a little tired and our feet needed a bit of a break.

Look at all of these beautiful cookies! We spent all day today making Christmas cookies and decorating them. I haven't had this much fun in years! We played Christmas music and had a great time laughing together and goofing around just like sisters do. Jaime and I hope to continue this tradition every year. I am so lucky to have a fun sister like Jaime!

You and Jaime are so sweet together. I hope my girls grow up to be as close as you two!
